29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    (a)  Washroom - Employees are using Clorox Bleach that contains Sodium Hypochlorite, a corrosive that could cause severe and permanent damage to the eyes, and their employer did not provide a suitable eye wash station in their work area, on or about May 2, 2013.    (b)  Housekeeping - Employees are conducting housekeeping activities using various cleaning chemicals such as Dimension III One Step Disinfectant Cleaner and Virex II 256 containing n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride a corrosive, Crew Clinging Toilet Bowl Cleaner containing Hydrochloric Acid a corrosive, and #16 Bath Mate Non-Acid Disinfectant Washroom Cleaner containing Monoethanolamine a corrosive, all of which can cause severe damage to the eyes, and there employer did not provide suitable eye wash stations in their work areas, on or about May 2, 2013.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
