29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   a) The Pavilion, 1st floor housekeeping closet -- On or about May 2, 2013, an eye wash was not readily available for employees working with corrosive materials including, but not limited to, the Ecolab Disinfectant Cleaner.  b) The Pavilion, maintenance room -- On or about May 2, 2013, the eyewash kit installed on the utility sink was not clean or operational in that it had paint in the spouts and water could not flow out of it.
