29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) 73 83 South 69th Street, Upper Darby, PA Debris was not cleared from walking surfaces and passageways where the employees access the excavation, exposing the employees to trip and fall hazards. This violation was observed on or about April 16, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
