29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     (a)  Kitchen - Employees were using Grease Strip Plus which contains Sodium Hydroxide, a corrosive, to clean the grill and their employer did not have an eyewash station, on or about May 2, 2013.                                                Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
