29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other expose: Employees were exposed to possible explosions due to dust over 1/8 inch was present on fan motors on a catwalk over an approximately 220 foot long enclosed loading bay, and the employer's housekeeping program did not establish a specific frequency to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust.

29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: Employees were exposed to possible explosions due to dust 1/4 inch deep was present on a Baldor Industrial Motor Model Number M4118T, and a FFI Corporation Fan, Model CFH22-253-LC, serial number AO 154962 on a catwalk over an approximately 220 foot long enclosed loading bay, which the motors and fans were not rated for Class II environments.
