The employer did not implement one or both of the confined space options as detailed in the firms Permit-Required Confined Spaces program, exposing employees to hazards associated with permit-required confined space.  Land O'Lakes Purina Feeds, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.146 (k), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314659335, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/10, with respect to a workplace located at 6151 Brighton Blvd. Commerce City CO, 80022.

Land O'Lakes, Purina Feed, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313997553, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 505 Palmer St. Wooster, OH 44691.
