29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) 7001 Route 309, Coopersburg, PA., Second Level -- On or about May 2, 2013, an employee used stairs with no less than 13 risers that was not equipped with at least one handrail to work on the second level to install electrical panel box wiring.
