The lock is to be so attached as to prevent unwanted persons from operating the disconnect and to necessitate undue force or the use of tools to bypass the lock. a) The cabinet housing the breaker panel in the kitchen area is locked by maintenance when they service the garbage disposal, within the last 4 months, and the nursing staff have keys to the cabinet and could interfere with the maintenace lockout, exposing the maintenance employee to electric shock and unintended energization hazards.
