(a) East side, new residential construction located at 194 Mary Wallace Way, Dallas, Ga.: Two employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold platform at heights approximately 21 feet 3 inches from the ground were exposed to falls when a guardrail system was not provided along all open sides of the work platform.
