29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On west side of house: On or about April 30, 2013 and at times prior to, the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to work on a 8:12 pitch roof without fall protection exposing his employees to falls of approximately10 feet to the ground below.
