29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   (a) 519 Winding Ridge Circle, Marietta, GA. - On the front side roof of a residential home, an employee was not protected from eye injuries while performing sheathing activities with a pneumatic Hitachi Model-NR83 AB2 Strip Framing Nailer, as this tool was operated without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:   (a): On the front of new residential construction located at 519 Winding Ridge Circle, Marietta, Ga: Employees were exposed to a shock hazard while using a Rolocatable Power Tap to supply power to an air compressor and a Hitachi Strip Framing Nailer. The Relocatable Power Tap was not used in accordance with listing and labeling, in that it was used outdoors to power construction equipment.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(13):    a) 519 Winding Ridge Circle, Marietta, Ga., On the front of a residential home, the employer failed to provide fall protection for two employees performing sheathing activities, heights exceeding 25 feet above ground level, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
