29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Front Of Store - The fire extinguisher was blocked by a book rack, buckets and a warning cone which would impede its access in the event of an fire emergency, on or about 5/21/13. LOWE'S HOME CENTERS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312625437, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 14, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2194 STATE ROUTE 35, HOLMDEL, NJ, 07733
