29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): Spraying operations were not designed, installed and maintained so that the average air velocity over the open face of the booth (or booth cross section during spraying operations) was not less than 100 linear feet per minute; visible gauges or audible alarm or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was being maintained; and/or filter rolls were not inspected to insure proper replacement of filter media: (a) On or about May 2, 2013 - Grinding booth, the manometer located in the spray booth was not operable. (b) On or about May 2, 2013 - Gel coat booth, the manometer located in the spray booth was not operable.
