29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair: a) Southwest corner of the building: The electrode lead attached to a Lincoln arc welder Ranger 305-D, had at least two bare spots showing wire and an 8 inch section of the lead which was improperly repaired. b) Southwest corner of the building: The work lead attached to a Lincoln are welder Ranger 305-D, had bare wire showing at the work connection.
