29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      a) On or about May 2, 2013; roof area; employees working on installing the floor trusses on the future third floor did not have a personal fall arrest system in place to protect them from falling 20 feet while standing on the trusses and/or top plate.        b) On or about May 2, 2013; second floor; employees while framing the second floor were exposed to a 10 foot fall while working near wall openings.     Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
