29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 2930 Dowell Farm Trace, Marietta, Ga.,: On the front of a residential home, the employer failed to provide fall protection for two employees working on a leading edge, approximately 12 feet 3 inch above ground level, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
