29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Firebirds Restaurant Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery AL; On or about May 2, 2013 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 14 feet above the ground from an aerial lift without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
