29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about April 29, 2013 and at times prior, A and J Construction Co., Inc., as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Oscar Cruz Construction, Inc. (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 6 feet while performing work which included window installation without adequate fall protection systems in place b) On or about April 29, 2013 and at times prior, A and J Construction Co., Inc., as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Ordaz Construction Co. (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 6 feet while performing framing work without adequate fall protection systems in place.
