29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 4 Lakeview Drive, West Orange, NJ - residential low slope roof surface Employees were observed conducting work on a slow slope residential roof surface approximately 18ft above the ground level without any means of fall protection. Violation observed on or about 05/06/2013 R & G Servicing 1990, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivelant standard CFR1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315438861 citation number 1 item number 4, issued on 07/13/2011 and became final order on 08/18/2011, with respect to a work place located at 1655 Andrew Street, Mapplewood, NJ 07040.
