Charles Young & Sons Masonry, LLC, 4756 Springview Dr, Erie, PA- On or about May, 3, 2013 , and at times prior thereto, company employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Portland Cement and Silica. The material safety data sheet for Brixment Type N was not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure the MSDS could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
