29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: WAREHOUSE AREA: On or about May 3, 2013 the employer did not ensure that some corrugated material was stacked adequately and on pallet(s) that were in good condition. Material that was stacked too high near areas where employees worked were not blocked or interlocked so as to stabilize the load. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.36(e)(1): A side-hinged door must be used to connect any room to an exit route. WAREHOUSE AREA: On or about May 3, 2013 the employer did not ensure that side-hinged doors were used in lieu of the garage roll-up type that were marked as exits in some areas of the building.
