29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:   a)  North Side of House - A carpenter was not provided with a hard hat while operating a pneumatic nail and was exposed to a possible struck by hazard, on or about 04/19/2013.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
