29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective. 1. In the employee break room, employees were using a Magic Chef refrigerator that was not grounded. The metal framing (casing) of the appliance was energized (live). The ground (green) wire was not connected to the appliance.
