29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Retraining was not conducted when inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee had not retained the requisite understanding or skill: (a) Jobsite, Aspen Woods Town Homes, Building 1002, Johnstown, PA: On or about 05/07/13 retraining had not been conducted for employees who were working at heights up to 18 feet without fall protection. The lack of the use of fall protection indicated that the employees had not retained the requisite knowledge and skill necessary to protect them from fall hazards.
