29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Quail Road, Whitebridge Village, Evesham, NJ: P Z Remodeling, LLC employees conducting roofing activities, were not using fall protection (PFAS, safety nets, guardrails, etc.) and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet to greater than 25 feet, from the roof to the ground. Observed on or about 5/07/2013. PZ Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315860890, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/1/2011, with respect to a workplace located at Locust Hill Blvd., Yardville, NJ. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
