29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: On or about May 8, 2013: Employees training students on performing injections and blood draws are exposed to blood and other infectious material. The employer failed to make the hepatitis B vaccine available to employees who performed tasks exposing them to bloodborne pathogens.
