29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: On or about 05/07/2013 at the 194 Howard Street Construction Project, the employer did not train the employees on the correct installation of the personal fall arrest systems in use in an aerial lift to prevent contact with a lower level.
