29 CFR 1910.23(b)(3): 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(3): Every window wall opening at a stairway landing, floor, platform, or balcony, from which there was a drop of more than 4 feet, and where the bottom of the opening was less than3 feet above the platform or landing, was not guarded by standard slats, standard grill work (as specified in paragraph (e)(11) of this section), or standard railing: On or about May 8, 2013 the employer did not ensure an employee working from the sill portion of a window opening with a drop of approximately 21 to 25 feet was protected by a guard railing or other fall protection device.
