29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(iv): Multiple conductor cable was used with a suspended pushbutton station, but the station was not supported in some satisfactory manner that protected the electrical conductors against strain:  On or about 7 May 2013, at the Directorate of Logistics Maintenance Complex, Building 88030, employees were using suspended overhead crane control pendants without strain relief, exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard.   Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that strain relief is provided and maintained on all crane pendant controls.  The D.O.D. Division of Material was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315625285, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Bldg 88030 Logistics Lane, Fort Hood, TX 76544.
