29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). a.) 3688 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, chamblee, Ga (Chamblee Charter High School)- Employer utilized an operator's checklist which did not specifically list the trigger enable swithch on a scissor lift. Employees were exposed to potential hazards while working from the platform of a scissor lift. The trigger enable switch on the Skyjack scissor lift, used daily by employees may not have been thoroughly inspected due to the failure to list the trigger enable switch on the operatior's checklist being utilized, on or about 05/08/2013.
