Employees were exposed to potential hazards while working from the platform of a scissor lift.  The trigger enable switch on the Skyjack scissor lift, used daily by employees may not have been thoroughly inspected due to the failure to list the trigger enable switch on the operatior's checklist being utilized, on or about 05/08/2013.
