29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a)Ace Custom Framing @ 4619 Free Hold Dr., Windsor, CO 80530: On and before April 5th, 2011, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of the exterior top plate on a single-family home. An employee was not utilizing a fall protective system. An employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'.
