29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) A-1 Roofing @ 26 Freeman St., Empire, CO 80438: On and before May 7th, 2013, the controlling employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by subcontractor employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10'.
