29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. (b) Anhydrous Unit 2 Vaporizer Room - CGA G-2.1, Paragraph 5.8.3 states in part, "All pressure relief valve discharge openings shall have suitable rain caps that will allow free discharge of the vapor and prevent the entrance of water. Provision shall be made for draining condensate that may accumulate." Discharge pipes for the vaporizer relief are vertical with no rain caps.
