29 CFR 1910.36(c)(1): Each exit discharge did not lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside. A) 54 Brookside Ave. - On and prior to May 8, 2013, the two exit discharges from the storeroom and the garage led to an enclosed courtyard with a locked gate. Employees did not have the ability to open to the lock, preventing direct access to the street or public way.
