29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Rear Top Left and Right Corner of Structure - Employees were observed preparing to and nailing down plywood sub-floor to floor joist, not protected from falling 30 feet to ground and scrap materials below, on or about 05/08/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
