For those pieces of equipment installed in accordance with subparagraph (3)(v)(b) of this paragraph, the Division 1 area shall extend 5 feet in all directions from all points of vapor liberation. 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable Fire Extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Liquid storage and dry mixing areas: On or about May 8, 2013, the employer did not ensure clear access to fire extinguishers, exposing employees to the hazard of fires.    a) Access to a fire extinguisher on the wall outside the entrance from the office into the dry mixing room was blocked by a ladder and cardboard. During the inspection, the employer moved the items blocking the access.    b) Access to a fire extinguisher in the liquid storage area was blocked by a bucket and boxes of old equipment awaiting disposal.
