29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a)Mora Roofing @ 2323 73rd Ave. Ct., Greeley, CO 80631: On and before May 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15'. Mora Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313413650, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 9th, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 2415 White Wing Road, Johnstown, CO 80634.
