29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(d): Flammable or combustible liquids were not drawn from or transferred into vessel(s), container(s), or portable tank(s) within a building through a closed piping system, from safety cans, by means of a device drawing through the top, or from a container or portable tank by gravity through an approved self-closing valve:             Dent Wizard/ Manville NJ site:  Safety cans were not provided and/or used in areas including, but not limited to the prefabricated metal tent where products including, but not limited to lacquer thinner (ASW M-0012) and PNT Fast Lacquer Thinner (Class II Flammable liquid), are dispensed and/or stored after being opened.    Condition observed on/or about 05/10/13.

Observed on/or about 05/10/13.
