29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Warranty Department - The employer did not ensure that surfaces in the break/lunch area were maintained free of lead accumulation. A wipe sample from the lunch table revealed that there was 8.79 micrograms of lead present on May 10, 2013. b) Warranty Department - The employer did not ensure that surfaces in the break/lunch area were maintained free of lead accumulation. A wipe sample from the refrigerator handle revealed that there was 11.92 micrograms of lead present on May 10, 2013.
