B.  On or about May 9, 2013, employees of Bayer Crop Science were potentially exposed to electrical hazards in the form of a missing knockout on an electrical panel in the main facility.  The unused portions of the electrical equipment were not closed in order to protect employees.    C.  On or about May 9, 2013, employees of Bayer Crop Science were potentially exposed to electrical hazards in the form of a missing knockout on an electrical junction box located in a mobile trailer supplied and maintained by a vendor.  The unused portions of the electrical equipment were not closed in order to protect employees.
