29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:      (a)   Barajas Roofing, Inc. at 299 S Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80209:  On May 13, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee removing shingles from the second level roof on a two-story residential home was not utilizing a fall protection system. The pitch of the roof was 8-in-12. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
