29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:        a) On or about 05/13/13, on the main ridge and adjacent roof on the Georgia St. side of former church located at 262 Georgia St.,Buffalo, NY:  Four employees  engaged in roofing work on steep roofs were exposed to a falls of approx. 30 to 35 ft. because no allowable fall protection system was utilized. The roof pitch was estimated to be 10 in 12 on the main ridge. Three rows of slide guards, one row above the other had been installed on the main ridge, and none had been installed on the adjacent ridge. All four of the employees were wearing full body harnesses, but none were tied off to an anchorage point.       NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
