29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 10, 2013, and at times prior there to, employees were observed on the roof of a residential dwelling without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
