29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about May 14, 2013, at the above addressed site, an employee performing electrical work replacing light fixture ballasts from the basket of an aerial lift approximately 8 feet above a lower level was not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of that lift. K&K ELCTRIC, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVILANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313101750, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 06/24/2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 14126 NW BURLINGTON STREET, MIAMI, FL.
