29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Location: 222-226 North Main Street, Andover MA 01810 On or about 5/14/2013, employees were not protected from falling while working on a residential roof greater than six feet above a lower level. The (D.O.Z Construction, LLC) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311585699, citation number 01, item number 007 and was affirmed as a final order on (08/15/2008), with respect to a workplace located at 38 Brewster Road, Londenderry NH, 03053.
