Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     a)      On or about May 14, 2013; on the north side of the jobsite, employees were allowed to perform work while standing on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges approx. twenty six (26) feet above a lower level without the use of an appropriate fall protection system.
