29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) 259 East 18th Street, Paterson, NJ: Employees engaged in stucco work were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was missing guard rails on the ends of the scaffold and was missing a midrail, on or about 5/14/2013. The employer, Marco Martinez, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313987455, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/05/2011 , with respect to a workplace located at 419-423 Park Ave, Plainfield, NJ.
