City View St., Wichita, KS 67235 - Employees were not effectively trained on the procedures for disassembling a tubular weld framed scaffold to include the means/methods of assuring a safe procedure is followed which will not introduce hazards to exposed employees.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
