29 CFR 1926.454(b)(2): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the correct procedures for erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining the type of scaffold in question: 1314 S. City View St., Wichita, KS 67235 - Employees were not effectively trained on the procedures for disassembling a tubular weld framed scaffold to include the means/methods of assuring a safe procedure is followed which will not introduce hazards to exposed employees. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
