29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Dolphin Cove Condominiums, Harbor Beach Blvd., Brigantine: Workers were observed removing and installing shingles on the roof of a two story multi-family condominium building with no form of fall protection, and were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 16 feet to the ground below. Observed on or about 5/14/2013. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
