29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A): Building and/or facility owners failed to notify prospective employers applying for or bidding for work whose employees can reasonably be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity:        (a)  Projection Room:  The Owner of Marshall Pool & Spa removed the entry and the Executive Director did not tell him of the presence and location of all of the ACM and/or PACM in the room thereby potentially exposing him to the hazards associated with asbestos, on or about May 14, 2013.       (b)  Projection Room:  The Projectionist works in this room and was never told of the presence and location of ACM and/or PACM, thereby potentially exposing him to the hazards associated with asbestos, on or about May 14, 2013.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
